Can I make returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. All of our items are one-off, pre-owned products that were destined for landfill, and we do not hold additional stock. For this reason, all sales are final.
How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
What can I do if the item I bought was damaged?
As all items are sold as-is and are one-off products, we do not offer returns or refunds for damaged items. However, we take care to package all orders securely, and damage during shipping is very unlikely.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location within Australia. Once your order is shipped via Australia Post, you will receive a tracking number to check the estimated delivery date.
Can I buy more than one item?
Yes, you are welcome to purchase multiple items. However, each product is unique and only available in a quantity of one.
Why is everything $1?
All items are priced at $1 because they are pre-owned products that were going to be discarded. Our goal is to give these items a second life while keeping them affordable and accessible.
Why is shipping not $1 as well?
Shipping costs are set by Australia Post and are calculated based on your delivery address. These charges are separate from our product pricing.
Do you have a physical store?
No, Dollar Junk Store operates exclusively online. We do not have a physical retail location.
Can I arrange a pickup instead of delivery?
At this time, we do not offer pickup options. All orders are delivered via Australia Post.
What happens if my package is lost during shipping?
As all items are one-off products, we are unable to offer replacements, returns, or refunds for lost packages.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within Australia using Australia Post.
Are all items pre-owned?
Yes, all items are pre-owned. Each product listing includes photos, dimensions, and a description so you can assess its condition before purchasing.
Do you sell any brand-new items?
No, we specialise in pre-owned items only. Our mission is to give existing products a second life rather than sell new goods.
Can I sell my items through your store?
At this time, we do not offer a platform for individuals to sell their items through us.
Do you restock items?
No, we do not restock. All items are one-off and will not be available again once sold.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If an item is sold out, it will not be restocked. Each product is unique and only available once.
Do you offer sales or discounts?
No, we do not run sales or discounts, as all items are already priced at $1.
